I picked up Qin: Warring States at GenCon 2006 because it was such a drop dead gorgeous book. Unfortunately, it's sat on my shelf collecting dust since then.

Anyone playing it? How does the system work at the table?

(Background: Qin is an RPG originally published in France intended to simulate Wuxia style fantasy martial arts - think Hero or Crouching Tiger.)

I've been thinking at some point about doing a Wuxia campaign at some point. That being said this is the first I've ever heard of this particular one. You might be out of luck unless you can manage to draft a few players and teach them the rules.

Definitely look around for it, it's one of the most beautiful RPG books I've ever seen. (Take a look! (http://www.7emecercle.com/7cv2us/rpg/qin.html)) I just don't know how it plays - books and covers and all that.

Finding players isn't a problem, I have a pretty adventurous group.

I looked through the free pdf. I thought the art was very impressive, but I am not so sure about the rules.
