Question about Skill points and enhancement mods

Say you wear a Headband of Intellect for the entire duration of time between obtaining one level and gaining the xp for the next, does the enhancement bonus get added to how many skill points you get? I'm fairly sure the answer is out there, probably an obvious place, but can't find it. Who want's the joy of making me smack my forehead? :smalltongue:

No; enhancement bonus to Intelligence does not affec the amount of skill point gained with level.

You can qualify for feats if you meet the criterea normally (ie if your stats are up to the job eith their long term enhancements), but not skill boosts.
