* Heighten spell

* Become an Illumian
* Various prestige classes boost caster level

* Heighten spell

Heighten spell doesn't effect caster level.

The spellgifted trait from UA increases your CL for one school by one, but lowers the others by 1. Arcane Thesis increases your CL by +2 for a single spell. There's a spell in the SpC called Spell Enhancer (or something like that), that increases the CL of your next spell cast by 2.

Make it into a wand and take the Wand Mastery feat? It'd be expensive, you'd have to do it again for each spell, it'd eventually run out, and you have to be 9th level and have the Eberron Campaign Setting book, and it'd also waste a feat.

But, you know, it'd raise caster level by 2 for all wands.

I have to agree with Nebo_, it seems like Arcane Thesis does the specific effect you were looking for; namely boosting the caster level of a single spell by 2. Interestingly, I have a character who took the Dragonblood Sorcerer substitution level to get Draconic Heritage, and then chose Draconic Power, a feat that gives you +1 save DC and +1 effective caster level for all spells that have the descriptor associated with your Dragon('s breath weapon?). In his case, it's Shadow.

Reserve feats will also work, depending on the spell. Each reserve feat, in addition to its primary effect, also boosts your CL by 1 for a particular set of spells.

Orange Ioun stone: +1 CL
(Cleric only) Candle of Invocation: +2 CL
(Divine caster only): Sacrifice spell/slot + Ankh of Ascension: +4 CL
Bead of Karma: +4 CL
Various Cleric domains: +1 or +2 CL for certain spell schools, and a Domain Draught (Magic Item Compendium, page 156) will give you the power of a particular domain for 24 hours

If you're just trying to overcome spell resistance, a Bard can use Harmonic Chorus to give you a +2 CL boost; and Spell Enhancer will do the same for you.

If you need to boost caster level because you took a few levels in non-casting classes, there's Practiced Spellcaster.

There's also lots of Cleric domain powers that boost caster level for specific types of spells. If you're a wizard you can pick one up using Domain Granted Power from Complete Champion.

There's also Ring of Arcane Might in Complete Arcane, that gives +1 caster level. It should stack with the Ioun stone, since, you know, both are unnamed bonuses.

There are also various prestige classes that give you extra caster level for certain type of spells, such as Stormcaster from Stormwrack.

Circle magic using prestige classes, dependant on how many minions you can scrape together you can boost your CL to as much as 40. Takes a few feats and is FR specific for most of the classes. Red Wizard, Halruuan Elder and that Witches of Rasheman one all do it amoung others. And it stacks with all the above

By taking a level of wild mage and the practiced spellcaster feat you add +1d6 caster level to all spells. I think archmage also has a high arcana that grants +1 CL.

There's a feat in Lost Empires of Faerun called Cormanthyran Moon Magic that boosts your caster level on spells by 2 if you cast them under moonlight.

That Wild Mage trick is never going to fly unless you wake your GM up at 4 in the morning after a keg party to ask him to OK something for your character.

Wild Mage + Practiced Spellcaster is specifically addressed in the FAQ. You can eliminate the possibility of a penalty, but you cannot increase the potential bonus with this combination.

How does Practiced Spellcaster interact with the wild
magic class feature of the wild mage (from Complete
Arcane)?
The –3 penalty and +1d6 bonus to the wild mage’s caster
level are applied as a single step in the process of determining
the wild mage’s caster level. Since Practiced Spellcaster’s
bonus is always applied when it is most beneficial to the
character (see previous answer), a wild mage with Practiced
Spellcaster would typically apply the wild magic class feature
first (subtracting 3 and adding 1d6 to her caster level) and then
add the Practiced Spellcaster benefit, up to a maximum value
equal to her character level.
For example, if a 5th-level wizard/4th-level wild mage with
Practiced Spellcaster rolled a 1 on the 1d6 bonus to her caster
level, her caster level for that spell would be 9th (base 9th, –3
from wild magic penalty, +1 from wild magic bonus, +4 from
Practiced Spellcaster up to a maximum equal to her character
level). If she rolled a 6, her caster level would be 12th (base
9th, –3 from wild magic penalty, +6 from wild magic bonus;
the Practiced Spellcaster bonus would not apply since it would
increase her caster level above her character level).
On the other hand, imagine a wild mage whose caster level
(before applying the effects of the wild magic class feature) is
less than her character level, such as a wild mage with levels of
rogue or other non-spellcasting class. She might well choose to
apply the Practiced Spellcaster bonus first, before applying the
wild magic modifiers. A rogue 4/wizard 5/wild mage 4 would
have a base caster level of 9th before any other modifiers are
applied. Adding Practiced Spellcaster’s bonus would increase
this to 13th, at which point the penalty and bonus from wild
magic would be applied. The Sage recommends that players
averse to frequently recalculating caster level avoid playing a
character with this combination, as it is likely to cause
headaches.

There is a pretty comprehensive list of ways to boost caster level here (http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=615672).

Dark Speech from the Book of Vile Darkness.
Mind you, you take ability damage each time you use it to boost your caster level, so if you use it, use it in conjunction with other things or it's not worth it.
