In 539, after killing the gnome, Belkar takes his hat and his chocolate. But in 540, Belkar is eating the chocolate and not wearing the hat. So what happened to the hat?

He looked damn good in that hat. Hell he looked good in the Kobold hat also...but I don't think the party let him keep that one. So what happened to the Gnome's hat?

Everyone who wants the gnome's hat to come back make yourself known.

I'm guessing Magic Pack. Y'know, the one where you keep the ten flasks of alchemist's fire, 500 feet of rope, ten-foot pole, ladder, assorted polearms, random potions, and the forgotten body of a random kobold. They're bigger than they look!

I'm hoping that he realized how swank he looked in that hat, and put it away to keep it from getting damaged in the journey. Maybe he'll whip it out for dramatic effect, later...

I sure hope so. He DID look mighty fine with that hat...

I think the hat thing is more a running joke than anything else.

It's with Yikyik and Yokyok, waiting for the appropriate time to stage a comeback.

I dunno, I liked the roc-feather hat (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0377.html) better.

The Roc hat is another good one. Belkar has great taste in attire.

That's totally what I was thinking.

I could imagine the roc-feather hat coming back in some "Belkar's body is top-heavy" joke, where it makes him so off-balance that he topples over.
