Has anyone ever done any work on converting this classic game to an RPG system?

There was a thread in the Homebrew forum about it just a week or so ago.

I just did a search and found nothing about a conversion to a full system. I saw a few attempts at making Dragoons into PrCs, but nothing like a full system conversion.

All together with me now:
"Gust of WIND dance!"
Ah... good times. There came a day when I sat down, stared at that four disc monstrosity, and said to myself "I'm going to beat this game, come Hell or high water."
And I did.

Hell no.
I refuse to believe that Gust of Wind dance isn't pronounced "GUSTA WINDA DANCE"

I take it no one knows of any good conversions, then.
Anyone interested in making one?

I'm one of the people making the PrC's (although I'm changing them into items of legacy), and if you'd like I can help you with a full system (additions seem kind of tough, maybe rolling over a certain number for each hit?).

I've seen a couple system conversions forthings like naruto and final fantasy. I'll see if I can dig those up. Personally, I never play tested any of them but they're out there.

No, but the thread is. If a thread has dropped to page three or below and the latest post is more than one and a half months old, then the thread is considered "dead" and if you want to talk about the topic, you should start a new thread.
