As you can tell by my thread title I just hit age 19. Now I've been a forum member since February. Last September if you count my term as Duke Malagigi, which I accidentally voided in a particularly embarassing and easily mocked way. So, now what do you want to know?

Heinrich Cornelius Agrippa (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heinrich_Cornelius_Agrippa) was a German magician, occult writer, astrologer, alchemist, theologian, faith healer and physician. In addition he served as solder in the armies of Maximilian I. He took Agrippa as a last name as a tribute to the Roman statesman and general Marcus Vipsanius Agrippa (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agrippa). Frankly I'd like to play a non-Evil necromancer/archivist/mystic theurge with a level or two in fighter or marshal based off of the German Agrippa.

Happy birthday to you as well! Wasn't Agrippa also a form of fencing? It's mentioned pretty prominently in The Princess Bride, both the movie and the book.

No, Agrippa wasn't a form of fencing. Agrippa was mentioned prominently in the Princess Bride because he wrote books on armed combat, including on fencing.

happy b-day ^^ does it feel good to get past that whole "I'm eighteen now, woo hoo" stage, of having to deal with being an adult now? or is it just the same normal feeling you get every b-day?
