Best tycoon game?

Im looking for a tycoon game.. Where i build up a zoo or amusment park or something. Just give me your opinion

assuming you can handle the dated looks the best "Tycoon" game IMHO is Transport Tycoon (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transport_tycoon)

there's even an open source version so you don't have to pay anything! :smallcool:

Edit: aparantly the OS version requires some of the files from the original game... but go buy it from your local game place... it should be quite cheap!
