This is just like Hollywood square except instead of celebrites, We play with Titans! I'm the host. We need 11 people to play, 9 of which must be TitanITPs. The other two can be whoever. I'll ask the Titan the contestants choose a piece of GitP Trivia and they tell me if they agree or disagree with the answer. If they're right, they get the square. If they're wrong, their opponent gets the square. It can be about the games, The Town or OoTS. So... who all wants to play?

"wie ben ik?" was a game on Dutch and Belgian TV.
played in three rounds

In the first round contestants where assigned a person, second an object and third a concept.

the assignment was hidden from themself and their team and they had to guess by asking for clues


the Wherewolfs of Wakkerdam is a party game,
Everyone gets a card, the card says "villager", "wherewolf" or a special character there are two wherewolfs. Obviuously you cant tell anyone else what you are.

One person is the gamemaster or storyteller

during the "night" (everyone except for the wherewolfs close their eyes). Someone is murdered by the wherewolfs.

the gamemaster announces morning and everyone opens their eyes.
At the discovery of the body the villagers decide to linch someone, they vote.

the game continiues untill all villagers or wherewolfs are dead.

special chracters:
little girl: may peek during the night
seer: can choose someone whose card he, and only he, can see
lovers: if one dies so does the other
mayor: is voted for every two (three?) rounds and his vote counts double.
there was a witch too but I forgot what she did

Having watched enough "Hollywood Squares" as a kid, this game lends itself to the message boards quite well, as there is no "buzz-in" or timed component to the game.

1) Player one (X's) picks a spot on the board, representing one of the guest stars (in this case, a titan).
2) The gameshow host asks a trivia question to the guest star/titan, and the guest star/titan answers the question in some witty and entertaining way, followed by much laughter from the studio audience (who must have been well-trained, because a lot of the stars in the show were not that funny).
3) Player one now decides whether to agree or disagree with the star/titan's answer. If player one chooses correctly, 'X' gets the square on the grid, otherwise the opponent ('O') gets the square. Either way, that particular star/titan is done for that game.
4) go back to step 1, switching roles for 'X' and 'O'.

There is a rule that states that a player cannot win by having the opponent agree/disagree incorrectly, so if a player's incorrect agree/disagree would give the opponent a win, the square remains blank.

Historically, the question for the center square is more difficult (or is a two-part question) since this square is the most valuable in tic-tac-toe.

I dont think it'd be impossible to play it here. We could ask Squishycube to GM it, though he might want to play too. We'd play 1 round (day and night) per day so everyone can play.
But I'm seeing the same trouble as with the murdergame in that its not very interesting for the people who die first and you need very active wherewolves (mafiosi).

I'm on EDT (near Philadelphia... probably a few miles from the Giant's residence)

Given that we have Titans in Europe and Australia, something like 9AM or 10AM EDT would likely be best. However, if we have any titans on the west coast (PDT) that would be kind of early for them.

Edit: If you simply play the game over a week, then contestants/titans simply answer when they log-on. A lot like playing chess by mail. Titan's simply commit to checking this thread at least once daily. A little less satisfying in that the game has no quick resolution, but it would be a lot easier than finding a time for all to commit to.
