Arcane Hierophant w/ Spell-Stitched Familiar

If you take and make the spell-stiched familiar feat....can you make an undead companion/familiar from arcane hierophant?

Would that then auto-fall the druid?

What happens to your dual arcane hierophant's companion/familiar if the druid falls?

There's nothing that says that Druids have to hate undead, and nothing to say being one or having one as an AC will invalidate Druid oaths. In a world where negative energy exists Undead are just as much part of how the world works as elementals or outsiders.

And I would assume if the druid fell they'd lose all druid powers and the familiar would lose all the benefits of animal companion

Chances are It wont work for Arcane Hierophant Unless your Dm is being nice. Since the prestige class has rules on what qualifies for your new Animal companion/Familiar that my guess Is Spellstitched familiar invalidates. But I have not read the text for the class in a long time.
