Adding it in the options does not possible for some reason

Did you put in the size?

Did you put in the URL?

Did you check the box that says Custom for what kind of avatar you want to use?

Your avatar URL contains a +. Try removing that then trying again.

Yes I pressed custom, put in the url and set to 90 x 90

In photo bucket, no + and still cannot get it to load.

That's because right now your link doesn't lead to the actual image file, it leads to a photobucket viewer of the image (or whatever it's called).
