According to page 11 of http://www.crystalkeep.com/d20/rules/DnD3.5Index-Spells-SorcererWizard.pdf, the Spiderclimb spell only works if the person using it has bare hands and feet at the time. Does the same rule apply to the Spiderwalk Invocation which Warlocks can use? (Crystal Keep's Invocation's file doesn't mention this rule).

Crystal Keep has it wrong in their original description of the spell. Neither my player's handbook or the constantly updated SRD has a reference to needing your feet bare.
You do, however, have to have your hands free.
Spider Climb spell. (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/spiderClimb.htm)

Thanks (I thought it was odd that Crystal keep said that but the other website didn't). By "bare hands" it means you can;t wear any gloves or gauntlets, right? (I'm assuming that's the case but I wanted to check in case it only applied to weapons and shields).

It does not say that you need to have 'bare' hands, but instead that you need to have a hand free, in the same sense that a wizard or sorcerer needs to have at least one hand free to cast a spell.
You could, therefore, presumably wear gloves or gauntlets and still be able to take advantage of the spell effects.

All it's saying is you can't be holding anything. You can't be wielding a weapon, holding a potion, or wand, etc, etc.

The Free hand rule is only for moving on walls: you can stay in one place and have both hands used.

Yeah, the idea is just that you have to crawl like spider-man. You're not walking up the wall, perpendicular to the wall, as if gravity were pushing you into it, allowing your hands to be free (like in that scene of interview with the vampire, where they meet that other vampire).
