Bonus feats: Improved Critical (selected weapon) and Quickdraw at 1st level, Greater Weapon Focus (selected weapon) at 3rd level, Greater Weapon Specialization (selected weapon) at 5th level.
Weapon Enhancement: Just as an arcane archer enhances his arrows, so does a kensai enhance each of his attacks with his selected weapon. This does not stack if the kensei wields a weapon which is already magical.
Adamantine Strike: As a Monk's Ki Strike (adamantine), but this applies only to the selected weapon.
Shattering Strike: Any object or crystalline creature attacked or sundered by a kensai using his favored weapon are affected as if the kensai had targeted them with a shatter spell. The DC to resist this ability's effects is equal to 10 + class level + Strength modifier. Unattended nonmagical objects automatically fail this save. This is useable once per round as part of an attack or full-attack action.

Well...

It looks like a not so bad reason to take 4 levels of fighter, and suffer Weapon Specialization, to get Improved Critical much earlier, with Quickdraw also.

Then, the rest of the stuff is not something very great to have - no reason to take more levels.

So I don't think it's balanced.

Proficiencies: Kenseis are proficient with all martial weapons, armors, and shields (except tower shields).

Why give more proficiencies?

Requirements: Proficiency (selected weapon), Weapon Focus (selected weapon), Weapon Specialization (selected weapon), base attack bonus +6.

Fighter/Warblade only class seems strange.

A skill requirement (perform/craft/profession) might be a good idea?

Bonus feats: Improved Critical (selected weapon) and Quickdraw at 1st level, Greater Weapon Focus (selected weapon) at 3rd level, Greater Weapon Specialization (selected weapon) at 5th level.

2 bonus feats at first level. Two feat requirements to get in. And the bonus feats aren't horrid. Hmm.

The later feats are at 1/2 levels, which matches the fighter feat progression. The feats aren't that good, but still...

Weapon Enhancement: Just as an arcane archer enhances his arrows, so does a kensai enhance each of his attacks with his selected weapon. This does not stack if the kensei wields a weapon which is already magical.

This is supposed to be the core of the class, right? It isn't very useful, because the Kensei is almost certainly going to be using a magical weapon, right?

If it was "replaces the enhancement bonus if it is greater than the weapon's" instead of "does not stack" might work better. Then the character could have a +1 weapon with +9 non-enhancement bonuses, and use it as a +5 enhancement/+9 other.

Or is that not intended?

Adamantine Strike: As a Monk's Ki Strike (adamantine), but this applies only to the selected weapon.

... meh, really.

That isn't what the Shatter spell does, unless you mean it to only attack ceramic/crystaline/etc targets. Shatter is either an AOE spell that shatters a bunch of "nonmagical objects of crystal, glass, ceramic, or porcelain", or a singlet-target attacks spell against a single target.

Typically, shattering nonmagical crystal/glass/ceramic or porcelain isn't hard with a weapon attack. So I'm guessing you mean it to apply to more than that -- if so, then this person can shatter a door? A castle door? A castle wall? A castle?
