Ok, since last I posted a thread about LARP costume I've cobbled together suitable apparel, done a bit of sparring with a friend and booked for the next event, the "Carnival of Carnage".

So, does anyone have any tips, stories or advice (IC or OC) for surviving a Maelstrom event?
