Regardless of whether it would be any good. That isn't in question.

If you had a Rogue/Wizard, what PrCs are designed to be gone into from that? (Stuff that wants you to be both. Has to require being a wizard, and general rogueish numbers)

The only one I know of is Arcane Trickster.

Spellwarp Sniper is from Complete Scoundrel, not Mage.

Daggerspell mage is from Complete Adventurer, yes. It's pretty good.

However, I noticed you said "Has to require being a Wizard."

There really aren't going to be any Rogue/Spellcasting prcs that require prepared spellcasting, if that's what you meant. All of them are going to just have caster level or "cast level X arcane spells" prerequisites.

I'm trying to figure something out, not making a character.

Spellthief/Wizard doesn't need UM, just the Master Spellthief feat (and then, assuming you want more sneak attack, Unseen Seer and possibly Arcane Trickster).

Spellthief/Wizard doesn't need UM, just the Master Spellthief featDepends on what you're trying to do with it. Master Spellthief won't do anything for either class's spell progression, just CL and the Steal Spells ability.

Mindbender works as a Wizard/Talky-rogue hybrid.
