I'm kicking around some ideas for an upcoming campaign in which the DM wants us to play evil races and characters. Unfortunately for me, I don't tend to really enjoy playing the bad guy, so it's a little hard for me to think of an enjoyable concept.

Luckily I was reading Nodwick, and noticed the "Evil Henchmen Society" and thought, "This could be my true calling! A Goblin Henchman!"

Unfortunately, Goblins are small (3/4ths carrying capacity) and have a strength penalty. I'm fine playing one as a rogue or whatever to be useful in some respect, but I will need strength for carrying capacity if nothing else.

This brings me to my request. I need a feat that gives me more carrying capacity, but I haven't found one in any of the books I own. Is there one out there, or will I have to ask the DM for special homebrew permission?

Also, don't forget about extradimensional storage space. A frail old wizard can cart around a ton of loot with the various Bags of Holding (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/wondrousItems.htm#bagofHolding) varieties and the Handy Haversack (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/wondrousItems.htm#handyHaversack), and the Portable Hole (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/wondrousItems.htm#portableHole).

There's a Natural Heavyweight feat in Planar Handbook. It doubles your carrying capacity.

The Belt of the Wide Earth (MIC, Raiment of the Four, 8000 gp) doubles your carrying capacity as well.

Also look at the Easy Travel (MIC, +1500 gp) armor ability, to carry a Medium load as if it was light.

If you have the stomach for it http://i32.tinypic.com/2efoq6x.jpg you can use an Enveloping Pit (MIC, 3600 gp) for all the storage space you're likely to need. Build some ladders and storage shelves and put them in the pit.

Honestly, the way weight scales with small characters, even with the strength penalty you'll find it's not too difficult to carry all you need. Once you get a Handy Haversack, it's assured.

But if he's basing his character on Nodwick, then he's probably planning on carrying everyone else's, too, and they're probably not all playing small races.
