Prevent Healing

I am looking to get some help maximizing arterial strike feat causing continuous bleed damage.

1) Is there a weapon material/enchantment that prevents magical healing such as fast healing or interferes with it in some way?

Well, there is always vile damage from the BoED, that requires the inflicted person to be in a consecrated area to heal said damage normally, but I don't think you could dish it out on a high enough scale to be effective. The enchantments and feats only give 1 or 2 points at a time.

There's an item called trollbane or something along those lines. It's an ointment you apply to a weapon which makes the weapon's next hit not possible to heal through regeneration.
