draconic heritage?

hi again everyone.

i've got an idea in the works and i wanted everybody's opinion on the complete arcane draconic heritage feat tree. good, bad or hopeless.

We had a player use the Fey Heritage tree and it worked out quite nice. The abilities they grant are quite nice at the level you can get them, though not overpowered. I wouldn't use them as a full-spellcaster, but for classes that aren't heavy on spellcasting, they provide some nifty tricks and are very nice to have.
