Recently, I've been contemplating running an adventure for my party based on the story of Sweeney Todd (and by Sweeney Todd, I mean the guy depicted in the penny-dreadful The String of Pearls and the George Dibdin Pitt play). The only problem is, I have no idea what the Demon Barber's stats would be. So, I'm open to any and all suggestions, and if anyone needs more details on the story, just ask.

I suggest extremely bland expert, with low stats and power.

This kind of BBEG is made for a more role-play oriented campaign, so you don't need any uber stats, only a guy that won't stand out.

I'm more familiar with the Musical by Steven Sondheim, because Steven Sondheim is a god of Musical theatre. And I digress.
Is the Barber in the Book similar to the one portrayed in the Musical?

I'd say something like Expert 3/Rouge 1.

Rogue, Expert, or Factotum - he worked primarily by disguise, guile, and deception, so he needs a skill-heavy class.
