Cam-trax lets you turn anything into a Wii-esque controller by using the (free!) application, a bunch of pens, and a regular web camera.

This application can be used with any game or application running on Windows, and is provided with a highly flexible set of default commands(200 of them!) that can be bound/programmed and/or expanded upon.

I used to think this was utterly fake, but I came to an IT con (Israel) today and saw this thing in action, and it worked exactly as advertised.

Just think of the potential! anything from a full body-suit to recolored unplugged console controllers are now available as input devices for the PC at a dirt-cheap cost.

At this pace Macs will become the new consoles :smallbiggrin:

Like they should have been from the start.. it actually costs that much less upgrading your PC then buying a console.
