I don't have all of my books in front of me right now, so was hoping someone out on the Playground could help me out. Can you craft a wand with an Infusion?

No. Infusions cannot be used for wands, scrolls, staffs, potions, oils, etc. I'm not sure about other items, there may be some that can be crafted to contain an infusion.

You need to roll all the checks for all the spells used for your items, even if the spell is duplicated by one of your infusions.

To clarify, Artificers must make Use Magic Device checks to emulate the relevant casting stats and spells for any items they craft. Skill Focus: UMD and high Charisma are very beneficial to them for this as well as the usual reasons.

The only items which can contain infusions are minor schema (Magic of Eberron). In the ECS under the Artificers' class description it specifically notes that infusions, even when they duplicate existing spells, don't meet the prerequisites for crafting items.
