I think that might have been a mistake on my part. Mostly because when copying the list I was given, somewhere the "11" in your name got lost, so I got confused and thought it was Mountain Faerie's turn (Due to always using the letters "mf" to shorten it).

Sorry about that, I'll make it up to you in my next update, I promise!

Well, technically, there's nothing stopping any of us from taking the form questions which have evolved and posting our answers to them, like those quizzes on Livejournal which spread like viruses, or even 'following along at home' by formulating our personal answers. The allure of this idea is the spotlight and guaranteed readership of at least the questioners of that round (although I'm sure it's far higher, with the people looking in on a favorite name and exclaiming 'oo! I never knew that about Person X!').

@DD: I didn't get huge amounts of questions, either. And I assure you that lots of people didn't get them either when they were hoping to get them. Sorry, but we need to make this as fair as possible. I've made lots of changes since the interviews began, last year. We've had to adjust things to make them fair, we've had to stop doing some things and start doing some others. It gets tiresome to me sometimes and believe me, there have been times when I've seriously thought of dropping this. RL treats me badly, but I'm still here. And trying to make this work.

Two days, unless it spans a weekend and the interviewee cannot make weekends, in which case three (two for questions, one for answers), and if the board is shut off the timer does not run down. Two-person administration might be too finicky to continue for long, but let's see how it goes. Aiming for a reboot and new interviewees on Monday. Also, check your PM box.

However, I am stuffing the inbox a bit to make up for lost time, and have sent out more invitations than there are upcoming interview slots. For the first ten on the list only there will be a grace period--show up on or before ghost_warlock's own interview and you'll be re-inserted into the top of the queue (that's two week's notice instead of the one week which will be standard) even if it means next week's interviews are out of order. After ghost_warlock's interview, failing to respond to the RSVP will mean you need to sign up again, as before.

Err... wow. Two days? That's hardly seems enough time for people to notice and/or write up questions and answers. Four days seemed short. Well to me anyways. Maybe I'm biased cause I thought it should be a week. And I certainly won't stop you from running it how you think it should be run.
