I've seen those other character on the parchment or whatever before. I think that your cowboy may be a supporting, show-up-once-and-never-return character.

I didnt think omega red was obscure. Russia's answer to the weaponX program. Has a death factor, is really cheap in marvel vs capcom 2.

But if memory serves me the cowboy/iron man form T-Bolts would be Rebel.

Hes from the Heroes Reborn Universe. (Back when Marvel relaunched the Avengers,FF,Thor,Hulk, Cap, Iron Man in their own new lil universe created by Reed Richards son after the heroes died fighting Onslaught.) Rebel was one of the contemporaries of Reed, Tony Stark, Bruce Banner, Doom.
