V would join Tzeentch, Haley would join Slaanesh, Belkar would join Nurgle, and I can't remember the disease guy. Nobody does.

Nurgle is the disease guy. Belkar would join Khorne. Roy would become a space marine and Elan would be killed by tyranids

Elan (and the rest, most likely) would be killed by whoever or whatever saw him first. I can just picture him showing Banjo to a representative of the Ecclesiarchy and suggesting that all the Emperor needs is a good laugh...
