A level of Monk and the Ascetic Mage feat (Comp Adv) will give you Cha to AC.

A level of the Duelist PrC (DMG) will give you int, but as its set up for full BAB melee classes, as a caster you'll have to invest quite a lot to get the payoff.

Something like 16 levels of Factotum will get you your Int modifier as dodge bonus to AC, too. Otherwise, there's always Carmendine Monk/Kung Fu Genius from Dragons.

X stat to Y bonus (http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=320889) is pretty much the definitive reference for questions like this.

Take a level of Iaijutsu Master from Oriental Adventures for INT+DEX AC. This method is expensive for a barbarian (several feats and 9 ranks Iaijutsu Focus) and not really relevant storywise. Now the other two characters might be able to swing it.
