To make it short, I want to replay Half Life 2, but it's too dark and I can't see things. Actually this is my monitor's fault, everything is darker than it should be in my monitor.
I've maxed the in-game gamma settings, maxed my monitor brightness, but still too dark. I adjusted my graphic card's brightness in the advanced setting, and it worked in desktop and other programs, but everytime I started a game, it's back to default darkness, and I had to adjust it using the game's gamma setting (I can't play a game without it).
So.. any idea? Or at least anyone know half life 2's console code to adjust the brightness manually?
