Therkla will join the Linear Guild as Celia's evil opposite. Or alternatively, she will join the linear guild as Haley's evil opposite, and Sabine will be repositioned as Celia's evil opposite. After all, Elan's going to find out that Therkla's evil, and refuse to associate with her. However, he won't find out immediately, so Therkla will have plenty of chances to find out about Nale and the Linear Guild. Since Therkla's so-called love for Elan is entirely physical, it should transfer readily to the evil twin. We know that Sabine has no problem with polygamy, so Nale and Therkla might even hook up. Now that Celia's traveling with the OotS, she will need an evil opposite, and it wouldn't make sense to introduce a new character for that role.

Chances are Celia is not going to remain with the OOTS. Once Roy is back, it's likely she'll take off. She's not a PC/adventurer/whatever.

I doubt it, for the reasons mentioned above. The OotS is already an above-average sized party, and adding more members halfway through the story is usually a bad idea.

Therkla is most unlikely to join the LG. She is Elan's toy and is likely to remain so. So she is not much of a candidate to join a group devoted to dicing Elan, at least not until Haley shows. Even then, she has a quite good chance of remaining devoted to Elan. [If we want something elaborate, Therkla joins the LG just to protect Elan. The evil girl with a devotion to the hero is a fairly common idea.]
We are talking about Elan here. His chance of noticing she is evil is rather low, and his willingness to consort with evil famales is already established. Haley will presumably say no, and he will obey, but if Haley was to be ok with Therkla doing the chores [& Elan], Elan is going to be fine with the idea.
Now it is clear Therkla wants his body. But only his body? That seems distinctly unlikely. She wants Elan, and she adopts whatever aspect he might display.
Celia is not a member of the party and Therkla isn't much of an opposite for her. Celia is merely a recurring character, and will likely vanish for maybe a hundred pages once we get Roy back.

I find that highly unlikely.

Ceilia doesn't have the killer instinct to be an Adventurer. If you have issues killing clearly evil monsters, its just not a job you take.

Since Therkla is a ninja, the only real candidate she has to be the opposite off is Haley, and that would require Sabine being removed from the picture, which is possible, but not a safe bet.

I think it likely that she'd jump (not meaning ambush) Nale given a chance. We know he's her type, and all, but she'd never be able to pursue killing Elan because it rules out the possibility of a threesome, with really hot twins. Sure it's a completely unrealistic, but this is one of Threkla's fantasies we're talking about here.

I just had a disturbing thought. Nale wants to torture Elan, and Threkla thinks he looks good tied up...
