Neverwinter knights inventory question

I"m moving my stuff around and i put a two handed weapon in my duel wielding dudes hands. One sword goes into his inventory, but the other apparently vanishes. Is it dropped or is it actually gone, because i can't find it.

Neverwinter nights is an incredibly buggy game, so there is a high possibility that your other sword is gone.
