At least disguise the link like so (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oHg5SJYRHA0). People might still mouse over it I guess, and see that it's actually a youtube link, but you'd still be more likely to catch someone. Alternatively, do something like this:

http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?p=4476148 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oHg5SJYRHA0) or something of the like, to disguise the fact that you're disguising the link. With these techniques, I hope you can someday become a great and accomplished rick-roller.
