So I just started playing real D&D (had some experience with Might&Magic and Baldur's gate before) and I've just found that the character sheet is so small and my handwriting is ugly! I can barely put in there my daily powers and encounter powers and stuff, so...

I was thinking, how about if I could make a card with the power and description (much like magic the gathering, I guess, never played) and just flip it when I used it or something. I'd have a card for each spell and each card could have the number of allowed uses, blah blah, dunno.

Do such things already exist? Anything I can print or at least get some inspiration from?

Yes, such things do exist, and are extremely useful (http://groups.google.com/group/tools-for-dms).
It's the download on the bottom.

I don't know how they compare to the ones posted above, but there are power cards here (http://www.enworld.org/showpost.php?p=4274554&postcount=568) too.

While we're in this, does anyone have a link to a decent 4th edition character sheet?
