Prinny

Prinnies are the spirit of murderers, thieves, and worthless mortal souls given flesh. All prinnies work either in the Abyss, Baator, or Celestia as servants, soldiers, or slaves. All prinnies try to earn enough money so that they may purchase their reincarnation. They lack courage entirely, and don't fight at all without the threat of extreme physical violence. Because of this, Prinnies are poor fighters. However, a great commander can apply the Prinny's Explosive Disposition to great effect. Prinnies can always be found in the employ of Demons, Devils, Angels and Archons.

Prinny Private (Level 4 Soldier)

AC: 20; Fortitude: 18, Reflex: 19, Will: 16
Speed: 6
Dagger (standard; at-will) Weapon
+13 vs AC; 1d4+3 damage and the target is marked until the end of the prinny private's next turn.
Aim For The Kidneys (standard; Recharges when someone successfully saves versus the effect) Weapon
Melee; +11 vs Fort; 2d4+3 damage and the target takes 5 ongoing damage(save ends)
Explosive Disposition (standard; Recharges on 6)
Close, Burst 2; Targets all creatures in burst; +12 vs Ref; 2d6+3 fire damage and target is knocked prone. Any other prinny in the blast radius may use it's Explosive Disposition at this time. Deals 54 points of damage to the prinny private.
Prinny Resurgance (daily, Recharges after using Explosive Disposition)
Close; Immediate Interrupt; Trigger: Using Explosive Disposition. Activates 1d4+1 minutes after using Explosive Disposition; Revives prinny private if it died due to Explosive Disposition. The prinny private is revived at 0 HP and may immediately spend a healing surge.
Alignment: True Neutral; Languages: Abyssal, Common.

Skill Bonuses: +2 Sneaking.
Dood!: Prinnies offer a +3 bonus when using Aid Another on any non-Prinny, rather than the normal +2.
Explosive Disposition: You may use Explosive Disposition and Prinny Resurgance as racial powers.

Explosive Disposition
You violently explode in a ball of flame
Daily
Standard Action; Close Burst 2
Target: All creatures within Burst.
Attack: Dexterity vs Reflex.
Hit: 2d6+Dexterity damage and the target is knocked prone. This deals damage equal to your HP+10 to you. Increase the damage dealt by this attack to 4d6 at 11th and 6d6 at 21st.

Prinny Resurgance
Minutes after exploding, you return relatively unharmed.
Daily
Immediate Action; Personal
Effect: If you died due to Explosive Disposition, you are revived 1d4+1 minutes later at 0 HP and may spend a healing surge.

Deals 54 points of damage to the prinny private.

I don't think -10 is death anymore. It's kinda vague for monsters, but 0 is either dead or knocked out. For characters, negative your bloodied value is death.

Maybe just say it kills the prinny outright?
