Some fun monsters for 4th edition games

Special: Target gains combat advantage against the Hippocampus until the start of the hippocampus's next turn
Swim by attack (Standard at will)
The Hippocampus can move up to its speed and enter enemies spaces. The movement provokes opportunity attacks and the war horse must end its move in an unoccupied space. When it enters an enemy space it makes a charge attack
+3 vs ref; 1d6+4 and target is dazed until end of turn.
Depth Charger (while mounted by friendly rider of 3rd level or higher, at will)
Whenever a rider knocks an enemy prone the Hippocampus makes a fluke attack)
