Some fun monsters for 4th edition games

Hippocampus Level 2 Brute

Large Fey magical beast XP 125
Int 2
HP 48 Bllodied 24
AC 14; Fort 18,Ref,17 Will 13
Speed 10 swim, 1 land

Attack:
Bite (standard at will)
+5 VS ac; 1D4+7

Fluke kick (Standard at will)
+3 vs ref; 3d6+6.
Special: Target gains combat advantage against the Hippocampus until the start of the hippocampus's next turn

Swim by attack (Standard at will)
The Hippocampus can move up to its speed and enter enemies spaces. The movement provokes opportunity attacks and the war horse must end its move in an unoccupied space. When it enters an enemy space it makes a charge attack
+3 vs ref; 1d6+4 and target is dazed until end of turn.

Depth Charger (while mounted by friendly rider of 3rd level or higher, at will)
Whenever a rider knocks an enemy prone the Hippocampus makes a fluke attack)

Alignment Unaligned Language -

Mudmen: Mudmen are magically animated husks of mud and algae. They are mindless and aggressive. They attack in large numbers and obliviously continue chasing after potential pray oblivious to pain or feat. Fortunately their slow speed reduces their lethality.

HP 1 (minion never takes damage on a missed attack)
Ac: 16; Fort 13, Ref, 12, Will 11
Resist: 10 pierce, slash. 20 Thunder
Immune: Fear, psychic, Charm, Necro
Weakness: 5 fire
Speed: 1, see (seep)

Attack:
Slam (Standard at will)
+12 vs AC. 1d10+4

Double attack (Standard at will_
Mudman makes two slam attacks

Muddy Grip (Free, at will)
Trigger: Mudman successfully hits on two slam attacks on a target
Target is grabbed

Seap (At will, move action)
A mudman increases its viscosity and seaps through cracks. A mudman can move through solid objects
Such as doors, loose bricks, etc.
