View Full Version : Zombie Theme Music

I'll be running a one shot tomorrow that's going to be kind of slap stick and featuring a lot of zombies. We're using it as an intro to the system, since it's been a while for some and the first time for others. What better way to do it than to beat up on zombies? Anyway, I wanted to play some good zombie themed music, mostly on the funny side, while we were playing. A good example would be "Re Your Brains" by Jonathan Coulton.

Any suggestions?

I dunno why, but I think "Thunder and Blazes" with zombies would be funny.

slap stick

Well, anytime I hear and/or see that word, this is what comes to mind (http://youtube.com/watch?v=Gpc5_3B5xdk&feature=related).

...and that's all I have to contribute.

EDIT: And this.

Also, Thriller.

You are my favoritest person forever.

Although that's not really a zombie...
"I'm just a fish outta water from outer space"
But then.. "I'll eat their brains 'till they're zombified"

This song would be perfect if Undead Outsiders were used... if that's possible...

I'd reference Shaun of the Dead soundtrack.

What kind of perks come with that?

If anyone has played "Stubbs The Zombie" for Xbox, I'd say get that soundtrack.

Two specific bits that stick out are "Living Dead" by Phantom Planet and "If I Only Had A Brain" as done by The Flaming Lips.

Hell, pretty much anything by White Zombie would be fun.

Dancing at the zombie zoo by Tom Petty.

"We're Coming to Kill Ya" by Zachariah And The Lobos Riders.
It's a sort of a country/hip-hop song... about zombies. Yeah, I couldn't have conceived of it either if someone had just described it to me. You really need to hear it to believe it.
