-capable to keep everything interesting, fun and exciting.
-not a snitch.
-chill with just about everyone.
-Crazy with just the right amount of sanity.
-tries their best to keep the FRESH spirit alive.

Does this, or does this not, fit Elan to a T? Perhaps I should edit in a reference to the
character as a superb fictional example of what '!FRESH!' entails?

-not a snitch. I doubt Elan is capable of keeping a secret, except by accident.
-chill with just about everyone. Definitely
-Crazy with just the right amount of sanity. Elan is more clueless than insane, but we can deem that a form of insanity.
-tries their best to keep the FRESH spirit alive. Well, sorta. He does like to entertain and keep people happy. But I doubt he has any concept of a FRESH spirit.

So a bit of a mixed bag.
