I just want clarification on a few things. Is this actualy caused my server traffic, or is it glitch? I noticed that refreshing several times eventualy tends to get my to the page i want, but does this contribute to the problem? If it does i will stop and just go on at like...3 am (i already tried 1am...and 9am...and 12...and 4pm...and 6pm...and 12)

Are some boards affected more than others or is this a truly server wide deal?

As ^ says, there's another thread on this issue. Check there for more details. As I understand it, hits to the forum and comic all count, which effects the whole forum and the comics. What you can do to help is to take a break from GitP when you get that message and come back later, and whatever you do, please don't hit refresh.
