Is My Sig too Large?

I think that my quote counts as 3 lines, while my anti-HEROES banner takes up 8, then I have one line under that, making my total sig fall neatly into the maximum 12 lines. However I'm not sure about this, and I'd rather be safe than sorry (as my sig doesn't give me a whole lot of wiggle room), and so I'm asking people with more experience concerning these forums their opinion. Thanks.

Yes, it's too tall.

The quote (including the "Quote:" line that precedes the boxed text) counts as 4 lines. The 120px tall picture counts as 8 lines. Then there's a space between the two, which is a line, and the line of text after the picture, which is a line.

So, you're two lines over.
