For a game I'm running, I'm trying to find 3e stats for a riding lizard mount - does anyone know where I can get them?

alternatively, I am considering using heavy warhorse stats and calling it a lizard.

A good riding lizard is a warbeast monitor lizard (if you are small) or crocodile (otherwise).

Warbeast is in the MM2

Or alternatively use the heavy warhorse stats with +2 to +5 natural armour and subtract 2 from ride and handle animal checks (to represent the lizard's stubborn attitude).

I believe that the official stats for riding lizards (like the kind Drow ride) are in either the Underdark supplement or in Drow of the Underdark. I don't have either, though, so I can't give any specifics.

Of course, if you don't have access to whichever has it, just calling a heavy warhorse a lizard and changing its attacks from Hoof to Claw would probably be fine.
