Bluff Checks, Redcloak and Xykon SoD Spoilers All

When Redcloak lies to Xykon about his brother trying to 'help' him, Xykon saw right through it. And commented about the Ring of Positive Protection he was wearing and had known about the betrayal all along.

Later, V says the ring that was looted from him was a Ring of Wizardry (though it could have been from his other hand), thus implying that Xykon was using his maxed out bluff skill ranks on Recloak.

However, there is something to consider, Redcloak was able to put on a perfect performance for O-Chul during his interrogation. Has Redcloak leveled up since then and dumped all his new skill points into bluff? Or was as O-Chul implied, going up against someone with no 'sense motive' ranks?

Doesn't pan out. Xykon looted the Ring of Wizardry from Dorukon, so he wouldn't have had it during the fight with him, and Xykon doesn't seem the type to come up with quite that complex a bluff on the spur of the moment.

From what I know, you can only carry a magical ring per hand. So Xykon bought and wore that ring as long as Right-Eye was around, but with his death he had no use for it. The ring of wizardry might come from Dorukan or could have been in his other hand, or in his inventory (an epic sorcerer with a charisma 28+ already get enough spells without any help).

I'm not sure what you have in mind here. It sounds like a solution for something that isn't a problem.
