The black areas are walled off. The walls are 50ft high and have a climb DC of 30.

The gray circles are statues. They are perfect representations of the soldiers fighting. They cannot be climbed or destroyed. Every round, the statues on the red side move 5ft towards the statues on blue's side, and vice versa. Treat the statues movement as if the statues rolled a -10 for INT. Anyone caught in front of a moving statue is considered bull rushed, and automatically fails the strength check. Anyone caught between the two center statues when they move together is killed instantly. Once the two statues in the center meet, the statues begin to move in reverse from their normal direction until they reach their starting positions. Then, they go back to normal movement. Repeat the process until someone has won.

I should clarify, all your characters make spot checks, the rules for hide in this game assume that characters are aware of the whole battlefield. Note: One roll for characters with modifiers of +3, since you need natural 20's.

Note: Here are my rules for hiding in absence of concrete rules.
Normally units are aware of the whole battlefield, hiding is an attempt to stop this. Hiding units are removed from the tactical map and must hide out of LOS as per normal dnd rules. Once a unit is spotted it is returned to the tactical map, if a unit moves (and remains out of LOS) it must make a new hide check. If there are units hiding, the ref will roll spot checks for any unit on the opposing side that needs to.

In light of that, here is my turn.

If they are taking cover behind a tower shield they can't be attacked at range at all, I'll have to check for melee. If they have partial cover (like a or b on a sucessful spot check) they get +4 to AC.

I said 8 drops the spear. But you're right I'd need to amend that. Not only this I'd probably need to amend all 9-12 as well.
So two options: either I have been defeated through (incidental) breaking of rules, or 8-12, each possessing a longspear, now have spears (or shortspears), in which case 8 dropped it anyway.

So it is up to the refs on this sort of thing.

It didn't affect the match so it's not a problem, I was just letting you know for future reference. Also you technically haven't broken any rules, it's possible to hold a spear in one hand just not to attack with it, which you haven't done. I'd say just edit the sheet to say shortspears, which are 1 handed.

Did you want to edit your turn because of the statues moving?

A few problems with your turn, 1 and 2 have total cover relative to 9 and 8 so they cannot be attacked.
Since the statues have moved V21 does not give LOS to 0.

Amendments to the group's turn then.

9 & 8 take total cover, 8 to the west, 9 to the north west.
1's movement was based on current map available. Since the statues have moved, that is not where one would have moved. Instead 1 moves to Z21.

And please don't forget to correct the placement of 0, b & 3
