There's been quite a few people talking about in the new comic discussion topic, so I decided to make a thread of it's own.

My guess is just gold and gems.

Any thoughts?

well.. Consider the guy charge like 20k for a golem. I am sure there are valuables that could worth up to that much. How many golem you think he makes in a year? 1? 2? that are for sale?

That is not a bad haul if the guy keep 50% as research and spend the other 50%... so even 1 golem a year it would be 10k gold worth of stuff.

With all that gold, I suspect that Haley's going to be attracting a lot of attention from people on the street... The bad kind of attention, the kind of attention a group of thieves that put death marks on anyone who leaves their guild might give. That kind of gold might even draw the attention of one particularly angry guildmaster...:smalleek:

I'd guess it's the 200K she needs to post bail for her dad or whatever... So far she's amassed 2 fortunes, one got burned, and one got spent. This third fortune could be teh one needed to get him out of Tyrinia.

Just curious, but is this the same place she robbed before (in On the origin of pcs?) Looks a bit different but they could've remodeled :smallbiggrin: I ask because I don't see that many giant castles laying around in Greysky. If it is their may be a few more diamonds worth stealing.

Origin With the exception of both being large buildings and being in Greysky, the two have approximately zero in common. In addition, there is no sign the Gander diamond was housed in the Mayor's house. It would seem this is one of several noble estates.
If you really work at it, you might be able to show it is not impossible we are looking at the front and back doors, but it seems much easier to assume different buildings.
