Help with a weird concept

I am looking for more feats that give low level spell like abilities, like the ones from Complete Arcane. Are there any in other source books? I'm talking about feats like Soul of the North and Communicator. Ideally, I'd like to find enough to completely fill out a Fighter characters non-bonus feats with them, from level 1-20.

Alternately, are there any feats that improve on the number of uses of a spell-like ability you get each day?

Have you considered also taking a class that comes with a few SLAs and/or the Half-fey template? It's loaded with 'em at the price of only two racial sub levels.

Do you have to be half-fey to take the Born under X feats? Otherwise, I can fill out my mundane feats with those using that list.

How about feats that give you high level SLAs? Because a few of the bloodline feats do that - in particular Fae Blood / Fae Skin / Fae Power / Fae Legacy, as well as its fiendish variant. I believe they're in Complete Mage.

You could take one level of Duskblade. You get a smattering of cantrips as SLAs at 1st level.
