I go through one that I did an internship at. Its called Traverse Global Communications. Its based right out of the city I live in (Traverse City, MI). Good prices and really good tech support. I know and am friends with the employees there. They have clients all over the US, and several in Canada as well as a few other countries. My web design instructor recommended iPower (http://www.ipower.com). I don't have much direct experience with them myself, though. But I'm helping someone else who is using them, so I'm getting to know them right now. Seems pretty good so far.

None of the hosts I've personally used in the past offer e-mail, so I can't offer any other recommendations there.
