Sure, while Haley was in the guild there was a chance of striking gold, but now the best you can hope for is Crystal - who isn't that bad herself - or one of the other theives guild ladies who, being female rogues or similar are probably each mildly attractive.

But theres got to be just as many if not more men in the theives guild, not to mention the perverted Hank or the half-orc Bozzok.
