I have looked throught all the books i have. But i can not find where it tells you the cost to create an item that allows you to act as you had a feat, like the metamagic rods. Can any one point me to the rule or where to look for this rule? Also thanks in advance for all help.

It isn't in there. A good baseline is 10K per feat, but it really depends on the feat.

DMG Ring of Evasion is a nice standard at 25,000 GP since most magic items will be duplicating the better feats.

There's no formula as such (AFAIK), but here's two examples:

Gloves of Arrow Snaring = Snatch Arrows feat 2/day = 4,000gp

Ioun Stones (Dark Blue Rhomboid) = Alertness (continual) = 10,000gp

The Arms & Equipment Guide has similar advice to Emperor Tippy's. For most feats it suggests a baseline of 10,000 gp plus 5,000 to 10,000 gp per prerequisite for the feat granted.

Of course, the final price should be adjusted for the overall effect. For instance, feats that just grant numerical bonuses, such as Great Fortitude or Skill Focus, should be priced according to those bonuses. Of course, those bonuses are typically untyped, and would only not stack if the character already hade the feat in question, so you have to take that into account, too.

So a Ring of Evasion = 10,000 GP + 10,000 GP (Normally restricted to specific classes like the Monk or Rogue or PRCs) +5,000 GP (Normally must be L2+ to acquire the feat).

ok thanks for the information. the reason i asked was because i am going to make some items that have the 3 artisan feats from ebberon that way i only had tow burn two feat slots for each artisan feat.

Evasion is not a feat. Horrible example.

I disagree:
