Winterhaven looks good, but if you feel that you need to grid your maps out for combat (which I assume to be the reason for the different appearance of the other two) you might as well do it here as well. You never know when the lcoal constabulary might freak out, or someone will steal your cleric friend's purse, or something.

EDIT: Granted, it looks more pleasant without the grid, but so would the other two. It's a tough call.

I don't know about the brown things in the next map down, or the red spots in the one below that. The former look like big Kirbies and the latter I can't even guess. They need labels, like the waterfall and the tree trunks have. I can sort of guess what the yellow dot is a part of, but it needs a label as well.

I'm assuming that the dots with numbers are NPCs or plot points. This doesn't let the unlabeled dots off the hook - at least one of them needs a disclaimer of some sort.

If you have seen the real maps that are in paper, those are specific battle areas, and the red dots are there because they are the kobolds, and 1, 2, 3 are the non-minions.
The brown things are the mountains it think, I just tried to replicate the actual maps as best I could

Those look great. The grids are actually a nice touch in my opinion just because they don't leave ambiguous when it comes to scale.
