Hello,
I know that in the RAW if multiple conditions apply to a character, you apply them all, and take the most severe if they don't combine somehow, but what if they both add a modifier to an ability or attribute? Do they stack? In other words, if an "exhausted" character became "entangled", would he/she suffer the -6 Dex penalty PLUS -4 Dex penalty stack to a -10 Dex?
This seems logical to me--the PC's movement would be lessened from exhaustion and further hampered by, say, a rope--but then again not everything in the RAW is logical.
Thanks,
C.
