I suppose I could, as long as I don't get bogged down. I make wallpapers, avatars, and banners. Just let me know what you want, I suppose (like theme, text, picture, size, whatever you can think of, etc.). If you can provide an image that'd be even better.

Let's see, the snotling.org (http://www.snotling.org/) website needs a new banner for its forum. They're holding a contest (http://www.snotling.org/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=1449) but there haven't been many takers. Note: this is the website that hosts the Goblins forum.

I understand if it isn't your style, though. I thought that it couldn't hurt to ask.
