Hello Mr. Burlew or any who reads this.

I am building my own free-4-all D20-based system and really like to use your excellent Diplomacy rules.

I ask you this because I am at a point where I would like to post some pre-ups in the net and would never do so without your permission.

Rich can be reached here (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/private.php?do=newpm&u=14856), although I cannot vouch for his reception of requests to use his material. Technically, his Diplomacy rules, which I love dearly, are OGL, which I believe means player can use them freely, & other game designers can use with some choice restrictions. I have not combed through the OGL in a while so my understanding is irrelevantly mediocre. Either way, good luck.

i think its a case of as long as you don't intend make any money (which 'free-4-all' seems to imply), and give him due credit it should be ok

at least thats how i understand OGL stuff
