3.5 Question - Diplomacy Variants

Hey all,

Where are all of the assorted Diplomacy variants hidden at?

I know of Giant's variant which i like, I also know of one on the Wizard's site somewhere (my google-fu is failing me today).

What are all of the assorted variants that you like to fix this broken skil?

Not really what you were looking for, but in the games I run, I declare that anyone attempting a Diplomacy check must roleplay what their character is saying or doing, or else their roll is treated as a zero.

edit: Er, not roll, check result. Blah, you know what I mean.
