Today's suggestion is characters from Final Fantasy, any of them. (I'm about to be hit by Sneak, I know it.)

You may also have characters from OotS cosplay (dress up as) characters from Final Fantasy.

Final Fantasy includes:
The Chocobo Dungeon games
Kingdom Hearts I-II, and Chain of Memories
Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children
Final Fantasy I - Final Fantasy XI


Anything that is not out may not be included unless you have a reference picture so that others may try to create that character as well. (Such as FFVII-2 and FFXII)

If there are any Final Fantasy games that I'm missing feel free to enlighten me.

And of course, there is going to be a First through Third place of the following:

I have actually had several people suggest a chance to make trophies, but a simple rectangle plaque would be just fine to me for people to place in their sigs just to say they'd won. But if you wanna be imaginitive go for it. The best Overall is the only one we're going to do 1st through 3rd on.

I'm trying to think of something all the FF villains have in common, but unless you have a way to represent "an attack that reduces all party members to 1 HP", I don't think that'll help.

Hmm...perhaps something involving a katana and a clown mask, representing the two most popular villains?

I'd contribute something, but I have no artistic talent.

Oh, and Kefka is the FF3/6 villain, ergo he is entered in the Villain category.

I don't think V is Donald. They may both be wizards, but that's as far as their similarities go. Belkar's personality matches more with Donald.

I guess that would work, but I really can't see Roy as a tiny mouse guy. I think Goofy is better for him. The King is agile, Goofy is just an average fighter.

Now that, I agree with. Although I know they're technically the same person, but he fits Sora more than Roxas.

Same here, although I think she fits Kairi more than Naminé (see Elan).

Belkar is definitely not Riku. They share no similarities whatsoever. None that I can think of. No, I still think the only person that Belkar is compatible with is Donald. Plus, it would be hilarious to see Belkar as a duck with daggers and little angry eyebrows.

Hawkeye, this may sound odd, but every one of them looks like they could be your avi's sister. I guess it's the faces, they all look the same.




Hmm...perhaps something involving a katana and a clown mask, representing the two most popular villains?

I'd contribute something, but I have no artistic talent.

Sephiroth actually wields a Masamune, not a katana.

Masamune is the name of Sephiroth's katana, there's no such thing as "a Masamune". Well, in all FF and a couple of other games some other swords were named Masamune too - and the origin of the name is, of course, a famous half-legendary swordsmith.

Actually, if we want to get really technical, Sephiroth's Masamune is pretty clearly a no-dachi that he can wield one-handed because he's "that bad-ass." However, since a no-dachi is just a two-handed, Greatsword-sized katana, and it's hard to tell scale on a trophy, I just said "katana" so people wouldn't ask me what the hell a no-dachi was.

Congrats to Ink for the clean sweep of FF Heroes. He deserved it, except my Cid should have placed. Objectively speaking of course.

Interestingly enough I drew Cid for FF Hero and Barret for OotS as FF Hero and I just realized that their names together sound identical to Syd Barret, the legendary founder of Pink Floyd. I wonder if the FFVII guys did that intentionally or if it was just a freaky coincidence.

Sorry for the little detail. Hawkeye rushed some plaques for me since the last guy I asked I'd made a mistake but when I'd corrected myself he never made the extra trophies.

(I said the overall would get 3 prizes while everything else only got 1...when I meant the other way around.)

So yea, Hawkeye got 3 of the 16 trophies he made.

The Sephiroth is already adopted. The Cloud wasn't in the adoption center, so I'm assuming he wasn't adoptable. Sorry, buddy. But we have plenty of FF characters in the adoption center. You should check it out. There's even a quick link to it in the index on the second post.
