Clearly, the MITD could be none other then Vaaruvius from the future, who was sent back in time by Redclock when V appraoched Redclock, revealing her true gender (female), and, at the cost of most of her inteligence, allowing redclock to send her back in time to aid Xykon so that the world could turn out the way it did, upon realizing that the MITD was, in fact, herself. Furtherly so, V's four words will be "Sure I'll Help, Redcloak". In giving up most of her INT, V can no longer cast spells, but still has ultimate arcane power.

Yup, it couldn't be anything else.
